CUSTOMERS WITH ORDERS OF AED 100 OR
- We appreciate our customers for shopping for more than 100+
AED, for the same reason we are not receiving any delivery charges on
orders of AED 100+ which are waived off just to improve our
relationship with our customers, not only that our customers also receive
free return without any charges when they are not satisfied with even one
of the ordered products or all.
- In the same policy we also advise our customers to
please keep in mind that when the products are returned, your paid amount
are transferred back to your Login Wallet Account, which can be
easily utilized on your next purchase, but the customer is charged with
the delivery charges of AED 10 to AED 25 as per the policy
defined by the company and depending on the route or service area.
THE CUSTOMERS WHICH ARE UTILIZING THE WALLET AMOUNT CANNOT
AVAIL THE FREE SHIPPING. YOUR ORDER SHOULD FULFILL THE FREE SHIPPING POLICY
i.e. FRESH PURCHASE OF 100 AED ON EACH VISIT. WALLET AMOUNT CONTAINS ONLY THE
REFUNDED AMOUNT WHICH ARE COMMITTED UNDER THE WEBSITE POLICY FOR RETURNS, WHICH
CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY PROMOTION i.e. FREE DELIVERY OR OTHER ADJUSTMENTS.
- The facility of free shipment on AED 100+ reflects
on the fresh purchases through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card
Payment only. The Login Wallet Account does not facilitate the
customers to pay their delivery charges because of the third party courier
- The customers are advised to understand the partial
return policy which is completely subject to the amount of the product
which is being returned, for example:
- The percentage eligible for free returns is 50%
of the total amount.
- The product which costs less than 50% of the
total ordered amount will be charged with standard delivery charges and
the remaining amount will be transferred to Login Wallet Account
which can be utilized in the next order.
- The orders which cost more than 200 AED, can be
considered in partial returns but after coordination with the Customer
Service Department and according to the return policy only.
- We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure
to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the
address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, just make sure to contact us within 3 Days from the day your
order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging,
unworn and in the same condition you received it.
- If the item you have received is damaged, defective or
not as described on the website, return it back your payment will be
transferred to your Login Wallet Account you can buy another item from our
store, we have No Cash Refund Policy.
TO RETURN THE ITEM

within 3 Days from the day your order is delivered to arrange a

- Items returned must be in their unused condition with

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS:
- For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt
to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that
are unavailable at the time of shipping will be cancelled from the order,
by calling you in a proper way. If the order is through Cash on delivery
then the payment will be deducted from Cash. If the payment is made
through card then the payment will be received in full and will be
returned once the products are delivered to you. The amount will be
refunded to your credit card.
- You will only be charged for products given in your
shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged
for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The
entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s)
shipped on a multiple shipment order.
- Most orders will be delivered within the Next
Business Day when the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not
processed or shipped on Friday except by prior arrangement. We cannot
guarantee when an order will be delivered. Consider any shipping or
transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an
estimate. We encourage you to order in a proper way to avoid delays caused
by shipping or product availability. We share this information with our
customers frequently that we have marked some Non-Service areas in UAE
which are out of route, due to which we charge AED 20 to AED 30
as delivery charges on the request of Courier Companies.
- We use "Cookies" to keep track of your
current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you
may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price

not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Classysouq.com will issue a refund to your card in the
amount of the incorrect price.
